Exactly.. they lower themselves down to the level of wimpy humans. Cats, however, as a general rule, do not. They allow humans to worship them.

Don’t worry, I’m not going to bombard your blog with videos, but this clip I saw today is amazing, it’s a large lion being reunited with the woman that rescued him 6 years before. He jumps up and goes for her head, but turns out he doesn’t chomp her but kisses her on the limps, then puts his arms around her, hugging her–just amazing: Lion.
