I Need One of These
I weigh something like one thirty-five and am six-two. And would you believe I LOST weight over the course of the last year. It ain’t an eating disorder, you can ask my mother about that one.
But never both.

Hi t,
Don’t worry. When you hit 20 something your metabolism shifts into low gear and the weight sneaks up on you. I went from 120-130 to 200 in four years, so be careful what you wish for.

While in college, I played on an intramural basketball team. At 6′3″, everyone thought I was a natural (I found it required some semblance of coordination – which I lacked). I decided I could play better if I gained weight. My goal was to move from 118 to 130. Within 2 weeks, I had gained 5 pounds. Being proud of the results, I slacked off and lost 3.
Now, many years later, I yearn for those days. I can’t even remember 130 and would now set my goal as under 200…
Just wait. things will change.

You guys may be right about metabolism changing, but I’m 44 and I’m still waiting! I work out and eat a lot and still don’t gain wait.
