Reason #5 that Black History Month is Misguided

February is the month of love, right? Then why does so much of the rhetoric and focus seem to be on hating whites or a very hateful past?

Slow-motion

Sometimes life moves in extremely slow motion. This typically happens to me when I feel as if I am on a treadmill. I, despite my tendencies to muse and drift, dislike slow motion in life. It creates idleness and pointlessness and breeds bad ideas. At least it does for me.

Rotten Squashes Ruin Everything

Everyone influences some part of life. The ones that are good sharpen others; those that retain undesirable qualities tend to do one of two things to those around them: make them miserable, or lead them astray. In the case of government and leading nations, they tend to make those under them miserable. In pop culture, they lead others astray. The Christian must not do either.
